After an exciting 1.5 years of being instrumental in solving some key business challenges, Greater Design stopped operations in September 2024. My responsibilities were business development, studio management, build and nurture a team of designers, facilitate design sprints, design studio sessions and vendor management.

Led a team of highly talented product designers & tech writers through the challenges in healthcare.
Facilitated co-design sessions with doctors, planned releases, deployed, and observed the app’s performance and usage at the hospital, collaborating with the backend team to integrate with the EMR systems and optimize patient workflow in hospital OPDs and clinics.
As the product owner for the Orthopedics Doctor Application, Diabetes Patient Application and finally our Diabetes Virtual Care System.
The remote care monitoring app resulted in time saved for the nurses by up to 40% and an increase of 45% in response to critical patient alerts.
